Viewer – The viewer can only view the document and cannot tamper with it.

Commenter – The second is the commenter, the commenter can only tell that it has to be changed and not the commenter’s change, if the admin will approve, then only these changes will happen otherwise it will not.

Apart from this, you can also share your document through the link. By default, your docs are set to private which means that anyone can’t access your document but if you want to share your document with others you have to change it first, and change the link to the public from restricted.

How to track changes in google docs?

When you are working with many peoples on the same document, then it is important to know who has changed and what is changed. Another special feature of Google Docs is that it automatically keeps a record of who has changed what and when in the document. If anyone changed the document and you don’t like that change, you can bring it back by clicking on the old version above. Follow the steps given below to track changes in Google docs:

  • Open the sheet of Google Docs in which you want to track changes.
  • Click on Last Edit in the middle and above the toolbar.

  • If you do not want to keep the changes and are asked to keep it as before, then you can click on the name of the user whose changes you like and click on the blue button to restore this version above.

How to Print From Google Docs?

Printing Google Docs is very easy, just like we print any other document of ours. Google Docs gives you 2 options to print the document, one is:

  • Open your document.

  • Scroll down and at last print option click on it to print your document.

To hang text in Google Docs, you have to follow some easy steps, this is also easily done.

  • First of all, select the text that you want to indent.

  • And then hover over the fourth option Line & Paragraph Spacing.
